- Men and Women aged 17years and above (there is no upper age limit) who have an enthusiastic passion and ability to produce first class class entertainment.
- Not necessarily. There are positions for performers (entry following successful audition) and those who are willing to help out behind the scenes (no audition required).
- Ofcourse! Backstage and Front house roles are just as important as those Company members who perform on stage.

To become a performing member of the company you must posess a good ability in at least one of the following areas:
- ACTING
- DANCE
- SINGING
Audition requirements vary depending on the Company's current project. They may include...
- Performance of a short monologue or poem
- Taking part in a group drama task or improvisation
- Reading through a script or audtioning for specific role/s
- Performing a short dance combination taught to you
- Preparing a short dance phrase
- Demonstration of any tricks or acrobatics possible
- Performing Accapella (without music) a verse and chorus of TWO contrasting songs
- Scales to establish your voice type and vocal range
- Performing the music to play a specific role in a production
- In some cases we may invite you to take part in a rehearsal and take a view from there, however you should assume an audition of some sort will take place prior to an invitation to join the company
